The Classic Motor Museum of St. Michaels would like to thank each and every Volunteer who worked tirelessly before, during and after our 2019 Music Motors & Mischief fundraiser. A special heartfelt thanks goes out to Cathy Stinchcomb, who took the helm and organized everything for the show to go on. The event could not have taken place without all those who stood at the ready to step up and answer a question, buss a table, pour some wine, talk about the cars, drive the golf cart or help with any of another thousand things that came up that night. Not to mention all those who baked, prepped decorations days before MMM, decorated the day of the event, and again saw that the countless details were taken care of. We really can’t thank you enough. At the risk of forgetting anyone, the CMM angels’ names are:
Jonathan "JD" Dietrich
We could not have asked for a more beautiful venue, thanks to Jeff and Darlene Spence, who opened their private spaces and grounds to us for a few days. Their hospitality and accommodating atmosphere eased a lot of “day of event” stress that could have cropped up. CMM cannot thank Jeff and Darlene enough!
An extra special thanks goes out to Shannon Pickens who donated the auction item of a ½ day- chartered Fishing Trip for 6 people aboard Working Girl. This was a generous donation and sincerely appreciated. www.fishthechesapeakebay.com
An extra special thanks also goes out to Joan Heiss who donated framed prints from her late husband, Andrew Heiss’ collection of unique drawings and paintings produced during his employment with GM back in the 1960’s.
CMM is without words to express the gratitude to the 183 people who attended our event. We are so excited that with all that was going on that day, you chose to attend our event! We know we have some tweaks for next year, but we had no idea we’d get the response we did. Thanks for supporting the Classic Motor Museum of St. Michaels!
We have lots of sponsors to thank too! The logos for most of them are on the card you saw on your table, and that’s on the CMM website. There are a few who didn’t make the cutoff to get on the card, but I’ve added to our website. We were again overwhelmed with the generosity of so many sponsors.
