The Classic Motor Museum has recently added some new cars to their collection. Scroll down and check out the race car and motorcycles that are now part of the exhibit! Our winter exhibit hours are Wednesday - Friday Noon-4, Saturday 11-4 (Winter) and Sunday by appointment only. Exhibits will change every 3-4 months at least, and sometimes more often, so there is something new to enjoy throughout the year! Purchasing an annual membership to the museum not only supports CMM, but gives the member a treat several times a year!
The exhibit at the Classic Motor Museum includes excellent examples of Pre- and Post-WWII classic automobiles, mid-century muscle cars, vintage trucks, and motorcycles! We moved a couple of cars out in July and August 2019. Come by to see their replacements. All ages can still enjoy our extensive collection of model cars and climbing aboard our 1931 American LaFrance fire truck. The pictured truck below remains in the exhibit barn, so come by to see it & hear the story "Chasing Grandpa".
This 1950s-era Texaco gas pump is just one of the artifacts on display at the Museum.
The Bassemir Brothers' 1916 Maxwell that was used to recreate their grandfathers' cross-country journey from Newark to Los Angeles 100 years later is on display until the Spring of 2019. Their book " Chasing Grandpa" is on sale at the Exhibit Barn.
Spring of 2020 will be the formal dedication of The Struthers Family Education Center. It will soon hold our extensive collection of Automotive History.
Received Sep 2019: 2008 Smart Car donated for the First Gear Program. Students will repair the motor and get it ready to roll.
The photo below is one of only 7 like it built in 1968.
